Full court documents may require a courthouse kiosk or clerk request rather than public download.

Court Record vs Driver Record
Idaho County traffic court records and Idaho driver records are different files. The court file tracks the citation case. The driver record is maintained by the Idaho Transportation Department and is used for license history, conviction history, suspensions, CDL employer records, and status checks. Fixing or understanding one record may require the other, but a court payment screen is not a full driver-history report.

The Tyler Idaho online driver license record page states that the online printable record contains three years of driver license history.
CDL employer information may contain complete driver license history, which can go beyond three years.
Pay or Contest Traffic Tickets
Paying a traffic ticket and contesting a ticket are different choices. iCourt Make Payments is for payable cases. If a person wants to contest a citation, confirm a hearing date, ask about an appearance requirement, or handle a ticket that does not appear as payable, the Idaho County District Court office is the local source. The portal itself warns that payment can be harder on mobile devices and recommends a desktop or laptop for payments.
Failure to appear or failure to address an unpaid citation can lead to a bench warrant or other court action. Idaho County does not publish a full active warrant search form. Warrant-related custody status can appear on the current inmate list, and court-issued bench or citation matters should be checked through iCourt and the District Court office. The Sheriff's Office can answer sheriff-side status questions, while the court controls court settings and many payment instructions.
Crash reports are separate. The Idaho County Sheriff's Records Division states that accident reports are no longer provided by the Sheriff's Office and must be obtained from ITD. A crash report may help explain an incident, but it is not the same as the Idaho County traffic court record, citation disposition, or driver record.
Idaho Driver Status Checks
The Idaho DMV online driver status check requires first name, middle initial, last name, date of birth, and either driver's license number or Social Security number. The status check is not a public court docket. It is a DMV status tool, and the copy should not ask users to send Social Security numbers anywhere except through the official ITD or DMV service.

Traffic Privacy Limits
Traffic records are court records when they are filed in court, but public access has limits. Idaho Court Administrative Rule 32 controls judicial-record access. iCourt excludes sealed cases and information exempt by rule or court order. The iCourt FAQ says Social Security numbers, addresses, phone numbers, personal identification numbers, motor vehicle operator's license numbers, and financial account numbers are not provided to the public.
For DUI or other traffic-related criminal matters, the court file may be better reviewed as a criminal case. A DUI case can involve arrest, charging, plea, disposition, sentencing, and probation details beyond a simple payable infraction.
