Probate Fee Research Gap
Phase B guidance asks for a probate fee table when the research supports it. Restricted Probate Data
Not every probate-related record is public in full. Idaho Court Administrative Rule 32 governs access to judicial department records, including records that are public, confidential, sealed, or available only through extended access. iCourt says sealed cases and ICAR 32-exempt information do not appear on the portal. Case event entries for sealed items are not publicly visible, although orders to seal remain public.
Guardianship, conservatorship, mental health, minor, medical, financial, and sealed materials may have restricted access. A public docket can exist even when reports, evaluations, account numbers, addresses, medical facts, or protected-person details are withheld. Personal identifiers such as Social Security numbers, addresses, telephone numbers, personal identification numbers, motor vehicle operator's license numbers, and financial account numbers are not provided to the public through iCourt.

Older Idaho County Probate Files
