Why We Built This Site
Idaho gives the public broad access to many court and county records, but the access path changes by record type. iCourt shows statewide public case status and hearings. The Idaho County District Court clerk handles case-file requests and court copy questions. The Clerk/Auditor also serves recorder, auditor, board clerk, and elections roles. The Sheriff's Office manages the current inmate list, written report requests, OffenderWatch, and regional phone channels. State agencies handle vital certificates, driver records, criminal history, and some expungement processes. We pull together those contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps into one place.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
